This is a warm loving environment, I would recommend this facility to any of my relatives. Their nursing staff has very little turnover and they care about the residents.
The kitchen staff say that they are providing her meals, but she is not getting them. She is VERY hot natured, but when we called her today she had every bit of clothing she had on, including her warm housecoat, and the blankets they provide--and she was freezing to death. Sounds like they turned the heat off or way down to save a few bucks.
